It’s been a short while since we kicked off our first ever Student to Stemette mentoring cohort as part of Deutsche Bank’s Born to Be campaign and the UK government’s Your Life campaign. In the time it’s been running we’ve matched 40 girls all over the UK to mentors at Deutsche Bank who have helped them work on strengths & weaknesses, discover new STEM career paths and given them a bit of a boost towards becoming fully fledged Big Stemettes.
