We went big at #MonsterConfidence London – with over 250 attendees from across the capital. The day was as busy as it was fun from the start, with schools queuing up at the registration desk. School groups from East, West, North, South and…Cologne! You could feel the excitement from the very first student that arrived. Harris Academy Bermondsey wrote about the day on their blog. On Saturday 7 November, Meet the Stemettes panel events took place simultaneously in London and Dublin – sponsored and hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Our next panel event is happening on 5th December at Imperial College and we’ll be in Manchester doing an Animation […]

“Wow, free food and drinks” cried the children as they sped through the doors and into Mozilla’s London office in the heart of central London. This was how pretty much every attendee joined us on Saturday for our London Panel, sponsored by Mozilla and Technopop – anyone would think that Stemettes don’t get fed at home!   Thankfully the food didn’t stay at the centre of attention for the whole time. Soon the girls were sitting around on sofas and beanbags, ready to listen to the line up of 7 fantastic women in STEM that we had gathered for them to […]
