The following post is based on a speech given at Stemettes’ 3rd birthday celebrations by Yasmine Dankwah, who is currently a Student to Stemette (STS) sherpee. I’m writing as a previous mentee (now known as Sherpee) to give you an insight into what a Sherpa means to girls like me who want to know more about STEM.
