Associates Programme

What?

Join our Associates programme comprised of skills and career building sessions in the evening for Stemettes interested in Aviation, Cyber or Engineering, hosted by volunteers from across STEAM sectors. Choose which sessions you would like to attend from the list below with no commitment. However, if you attend at least 4 sessions you will receive a certificate, goody bag and an invite to the graduation event.

 

Who?

This programme is open to young women & non-binary people aged 15-25.

When?

Associates programme sessions:

  • Launch Event – Tues, 26th April 2022, 18:30pm – 19:30 BST
  • Finding your career strengths and growth areas – Fri, 29 April 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • Public speaking and building confidence – Mon, 9 May 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • Networking skills – Tue, 24 May 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • Exploring career options and choices – Wed, 8 June 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • CV building and LinkedIn – Wed, 22 June 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • Applications – Mon, 4 July 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST
  • Next Steps – Mon, 18 July 2022, 18:30 – 20:00 BST

Where?

Each session takes place on the virtual platform Remo and lasts for an hour, followed by 30 minutes of networking at the end.
