The Graduate Opportunity
The INEOS Graduate programme is an early-year career development programme designed to fast-track graduates into future leadership positions. Working predominantly in our petrochemical businesses, the programme sets graduates on a path towards a successful career in the commercial sector.
Over five years, you will undertake three distinct roles in key positions across various INEOS businesses, functions, and European countries. Each role is integral to the business it is based in and is carefully selected for its developmental potential. Spanning one to two years, these roles allow you to gain comprehensive knowledge and make meaningful contributions within the respective business area.
Each role you undertake will present you with new challenges, offering a diverse breadth of experiences and the chance to build vital networks for future leadership roles. We believe that exposure to different cultures is crucial in international business and our aim is for two of your rotations to be abroad.
As a non-hierarchical organisation, you will have direct access to senior management. Our open and direct approach to business ensures that you will have the opportunity to develop quickly in a role with real responsibilities from day one. Possible assignments within the programme include areas such as business analysis, procurement, product management, sales, supply chain and sustainability.
Your commitment will be rewarded with attractive conditions including on-the-job training, mentoring and opportunities to participate in global events.
