The role is a very audience focused which requires creativity, communication and project management skills. You will learn to plan and execute tactical and targeted marketing activities. This role involves researching, developing, promoting and distributing, products or services through effective channels to engage with a range of target audiences.
You will possess strong communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and you will have good organisation and planning skills.

|Weekly Working Hours
|Apprentices will work a 40-hour working week Mon to Fri
|The positions will be based in a Corporate Office.
|Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment.
The training is delivered in mix of remote and f2f sessions
Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day to day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job.
|Required Skills & Qualifications
|5 x GCSE’s at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
This Apprentice will work alongside our marketing teams who are progressive, hands-on and customer obsessed. You will learn to be responsible for taking care of, and dealing with, marketing activities on digital platforms. As you develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours you will become an integral part of the team, delivering the highest quality of service to our customers both internal and external.
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will learn to schedule onsite campaigns and organize virtual events that drive traffic to our platform, while increasing repeat engagement. You will schedule and send email promotions to both new and experienced community members
In addition to growing their technical knowledge and skills, Apprentices will have opportunity to develop key and complementary soft skills required within a business environment for example effective communication and teamwork, managing stakeholder relationships, consultancy within a technology context and presentation skills. This blend of technical and interpersonal skills provides a balanced learner journey.
The delivery of the academic program is facilitated by the training provider using online learning and resources, classroom sessions and 1:1 coaching. Apprentices will complete a series of modules related to specific topics and undertake discovery, practical and application activities to learn, embed and practice their learning. Each individual develops a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their competence and will undertake a work-based project where they further apply their learning from the modules studied.
You will work towards the L4 Apprenticeship standard in Marketing
On completion, Apprentices can go on to becoming Marketing Managers/ Co-Ordinators with Amazon or anywhere in the industry.
