BITESIZE BRIEF:
This role is suitable for someone who identifies as a problem solver and enjoys to take ownership and responsibility of their area of work. This role will require you to have good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. You will utilise resources with suitable skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.

Training Breakdown | Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment.
The training is delivered in mix of remote and f2f sessions
Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day to day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job |
Required Skills & Qualifications | 5 GCSEs / equivalent including Maths and English grade C/4 or above
2 A levels or equivalent
You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship |
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW:
You will work alongside the team supporting with day to day tasks learning how Amazon works and delivers for its customers. you will support and lead projects and have the opportunity to innovate and simplify from day 1. You will work on projects gaining exposure to internal and external stakeholders. You will also be exposed to partnering teams across the organization working with program managers who help deliver end – to – end delivery of big, small and complex projects successfully.
The successful individual will gain vast experience across the business and build a number of key relationships internally and externally over the 36 months
Alongside extensive development of your technical skills, you will also grow your abilities in crucial complementary areas like organization, prioritization, data and problem-solving techniques, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
The on the job experience will help you build a portfolio of evidence towards your Apprenticeship. You will be given dedicated time to focus on your studies to help you stay on track and work towards successfully completing your qualification(s). Once you have successfully completed you will be able to apply for relevant roles across the business.
The delivery of the academic program is facilitated by the training provider using online learning and resources, classroom sessions and 1:1 coaching. Apprentices will complete a series of modules related to specific topics and undertake discovery, practical and application activities to learn, embed and practice their learning. Each individual develops a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their competence and will undertake a work-based project where they further apply their learning from the modules studied.
You’ll gain a vast range of useful experiences and skills. You will work towards the L6 BA or BSc Honours degree in Project Management.
You can then be eligible to become full members of Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. And go in higher roles are a project Manager anywhere in the industry.
