In this Apprenticeship you will learn analysing customer needs and creating solutions by selecting appropriate product(s) or service(s), linking their features and benefits to the customer’s requirements. You will also develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence with demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which your business operates in, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

|Training Breakdown||Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment.
The training is delivered in mix of remote and f2f sessions
Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day to day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job.

2 A Levels
You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
Are you interested in working within the Sales teams to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? We are looking for Sales Apprentices who are keen to develop their understanding of sales processes, programs and products to deliver results that help surprise and delight our Selling Partners. During your time in this role you will work within a variety of program-specific teams, interact directly with Selling Partners on a regular basis and contribute to project work that supports our mission to become the world’s most customer-centric company.
In addition to growing their technical knowledge and skills, Apprentices will have opportunity to develop key and complementary soft skills required within a business environment for example effective communication and teamwork, managing stakeholder relationships, consultancy within a technology context and presentation skills. This blend of technical and interpersonal skills provides a balanced learner journey.
The delivery of the academic program is facilitated by the training provider using online learning and resources, classroom sessions and 1:1 coaching. Apprentices will complete a series of modules related to specific topics and undertake discovery, practical and application activities to learn, embed and practice their learning. Each individual develops a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their competence and will undertake a work-based project where they further apply their learning from the modules studied.
You will work towards the L6 Degree Apprenticeship standard- Sales, and BSc in Business-to-Business Sales
On completion, Apprentices can go on to higher roles in the Content teams with Amazon or anywhere in the industry.
