Our Technology Graduate Development Programme is a structured two-year development programme, designed to give you the skills, knowledge and experience you’ll need to join our technology community. As part of the programme, you’ll need to select a specialism from the following:
- Business Analysis
- Project Support
- Software Engineering
- User Experience (UX) Design
- Data Architecture
- Data Science and Machine Learning
- Data Engineering
- Information and Cyber Security
- Security Engineer
Whichever specialism you choose, you’ll enjoy an extensive combination of on-the-job and formal training. We’ll provide ongoing support and development opportunities to ensure you get the most out of the scheme, whether that’s taking on team-building activities such as challenges and presentations alongside your graduate cohort, or developing your personal and leadership skills. Plus, we’ll fund further external and accredited training and qualifications to bolster your future career.
The Technology Graduate Development Programme begins in Autumn 2023. To join, you’ll need a genuine passion for technology and have (or be expecting) a 2:2 by September 2023 in a STEM subject. You’ll also need to live in, or be able to commute to, central London. Successful candidates will receive a range of great benefits including a competitive salary, a generous training allowance that lasts the entire period of the scheme, and 25 days annual holiday.

To be eligible to apply, you must be a British Citizen. If you hold dual nationality, of which one component is British, you will nonetheless be considered. Candidates must normally have been resident in the UK for seven out of the last ten years. This is particularly important if you were born outside the UK. You can apply at the age of 17 years, if successful you will not be offered a start date prior to your 18th birthday.
