Stemettes Turned 5!

2018 marked the 5th anniversary of the creation of STEMettes! On Thursday, February 15th, Go Think Big Hub hosted our spectacular 5th birthday party where we enjoyed lots of cake and reflected on the work we have achieved over the last 5 years!

 

 

School students, university students, mums, dads, uncles, aunts, neighbours and friends – everyone came together to celebrate 5 years of STEMettes! We hosted a STEMazing panel with role models and STEMettes speaking about the work we’ve done and what we hope to do in the future. We also discussed one of our latest initiatives, STEMillions, and got stuck into some cool STEM activities.

 

 

A huge thank you to everyone who came and everyone who has come along to one of our events over the years!
