Join us for February half-term for FREE sessions exploring STEM careers, advice and opportunities.

The theme will be PREPARATION AND FOCUS.

We’ll be bringing together young women, nonbinary young people and folks from across STEM academia, industry and entrepreneurship.

Hosted on Instagram Live and Microsoft Teams.

Don’t have your own laptop or internet connection? Don’t worry!

We’ve worked hard to ensure that young women from across the country are able to join these digital sessions, no matter what their setup is at home. If you need it, we’ll send you a device and/or a dongle for the two days you’re on the programme.

Dates: Feb 15-19th 2021

Applications now open

As these sessions are happening online, you can join from any country, but please do note the timezones.

We will be joined by Vodafone on Monday, DfT Aviation Ambassadors on Tuesday, G-Research on Wednesday, Pure Storage and Onfido on Thursday, and will finish the week with GCHQ on Friday.

What if I’m over 20 and would like to join the sessions?

The Instagram session is open for anyone to join, so you can watch & participate without applying for the programme!

I’ve been on Academy before. Can I join this stream again?

Yes. If you’ve obtained a cyber certification with us before through Explore, you’ll be able to attend a separate cyber lecture in the morning for a Cybersecurity Essentials qualification and join the afternoon group study and networking sessions.

I live outside of the UK & Ireland. Can I join the programme?

Yes! Although we won’t be able to help you with a laptop or data package.

I can’t make all of the sessions, can I still apply?

For Connect & Academy, at least three of five of the morning and group work sessions are compulsory in order to receive a certificate of participation, so if you can’t make this, then please stick to attending the Instagram lives weekdays at 4pm GMT.
