STEM & STEAM Teaching Resources
Are you in search of exciting STEAM activities for your KS1 and KS2 classes? Look no further!
Beginning in September 2024, our Ørsted Stemillions programme teaches your students, aged 5-11, about sustainable energy with role models at Ørsted.
Run a Stemettes club for your students! As part of Stemillions, you will receive a range of STEAM activities related to real women and non-binary people and their careers. These STEAM clubs aim to introduce your students to female role models in STEAM & show them how fun STEAM can be.
After applying, you will receive a funded box containing 10 activities. These activities are based on a different woman and non-binary people in STEAM and their careers.
Our clubs are extra-curricular, you can run them at lunchtime, after school or as part of a STEAM celebration. You can incorporate our teachers’ notes into your lesson plans!
They can be completed at your own pace, and your club can work towards certificates and prizes as part of a nationwide programme.
