Enjoy, Create, Solve: Lenovo in Glasgow

Do you like to thrift, upcycle and buy second-hand? Are you interested in ethical purchasing? Come along to enjoy a free, fun, food-filled day with Lenovo. We will create solutions to help solve unsustainable shopping patterns and meet new people! So, what are you waiting for?

On Saturday 16th September, from 10:00 – 17:00, girls, young women and non-binary people can join us in Glasgow or online to gain a CV-boosting opportunity, learn a new skill and have fun. We will kick off the day with an inspirational keynote speech from Lenovo, then, we will dive into how we can encourage ethical purchasing and the tech tools that can help us along the way. After a free (and delicious!) lunch, we will continue our problem solving with the help of role models in industry. To finish the day off, we will showcase what we have created and get one-of-a-kind feedback from experts before prizes are given to the winning groups and exclusive merchandise for everyone.
