During the Coronavirus lockdown, we’ve been reminiscing about our Stemettes Future Summit. Our summits took place in both Chester and London in July 2019, and we hosted 200 attendees.

On July 11th 2019, in partnership with Bank of America, we hosted the first Stemettes Future Summit in Chester. We were joined by 50 girls from local schools, including the Catholic High School Chester and Co-op Academy Bebington. The girls rated Stemettes Future Summit: Chester 8.9 out of 10.

Day-long event to inspire and equip girls and young women for technical careers across academia, industry and entrepreneurship.
Stemettes Future Summit: Chester Feedback
- The event was 8.98 out of 10.
- 98.2% agreed the event increased awareness of STEM career opportunities.
- 89.5% agreed that being part of the event increased their self-confidence.
- 96.5% agreed the event helped increase their STEM career knowledge.
- 86% agreed that the event inspired them to pursue a career in STEM.
