Join Stemettes, Connected Places Catapult and Birmingham City University for a one-day hackathon in Birmingham and online! Meet others, problem-solve, and enjoy a free, fun, food-filled day.
During a hackathon, we will get together to come up with a solution to a STEAM problem. This could be through app creation, chatbots, products that you have 3D designed and much more. No previous experience with technology or coding is required, just come along and have fun!
This hackathon will focus on coming up with a CleanTech product or business solution that would help a city become a smart city. A smart city is a technologically modern urban area that uses different types of electronic methods and sensors to collect specific data. We will use tools like AppShed, App Inventor and Codepen.
