About the Marketing Stemette role
This impactful and rewarding position will see you ensure the planning and co-ordination of our Brand and Campaigns work nationally to recruit 5-25-year-old women and nonbinary people across the UK, as well as their Parents and Guardians, Teachers & Schools and Community Groups to participate in Stemettes activities. The role is a 2-year full-time contract with the possibility of an extended period of years depending on a successful increase in activity signups. This role would suit someone who can be both creative and analytical – iterating to respond to the results of marketing campaigns across a number of mediums (Web, Social, Newsletters, Print and Ads). They will be able to make the best use of associated team members focused on Content generation, Digital Marketing and Community Outreach.
You’d be working within a fully hybrid organisation located across the UK including freelancers and admins who ensure the smooth running of Stemette Futures interventions and outreach work. You will have one direct report, and there will be room for you to grow and manage more team members in the future.
